BIOGRAPHY

Ed is an award-winning filmmaker with a passion for science and natural history. Over the past 15 years he’s made films about everything from the world’s smallest ants to supermassive black holes, and a host of fun stuff inbetween.

Recently, he’s written, directed, and produced, on a number of landmark natural history shows including “Tiny World”, “Big Beasts”, and “Home”. He’s also developed and produced a number of quirky feature length docs including “Stephen Hawking’s Favourite Places”, “Queer Planet” & “The Last Artifact”.

Ed is drawn to the stories that other folks often aren’t, and determined to make them engaging and accessible for all. So far he’s mostly succeeded, and hopes to continue doing so for many more years to come.
